Mme. Houfaidi has been with Academie Lafayette since its doors opened in 1999. She learned to speak French while living in Belgium. Mme. Houfaidi has a B.S. in Dietetics and worked as a dietitian for 15 years.  She is certified in Elementary Education and has a Master's degree in Education. She has three daughters at the University of Kansas. Leslie enjoys canoeing, kayaking, camping, biking, reading and riding her Vespa.
