Académie Lafayette has been a tobacco-free campus since January 10, 2008.
Water Tests
Per the requirements of the recently enacted “Get the Lead Out of School Drinking Water Act”, Académie Lafayette tested all water fixtures throughout the district. As of April 1, 2024, all fixtures have been tested. Fixtures containing higher than acceptable concentration of lead have been repaired and retested. As of the final tests, ALL fixtures in ALL campuses are now okay to use for drinking water.
