No Charge for Meals 21/22 School Year
As part of ongoing Covid Relief measures, we are able to continue to provide free meals and milk to all students, regardless of financial status, for the 2021-22 school year.
Please note: It is extremely important to still fill out the Free/Reduced Meal application form in Tyler even though there is no charge regardless. We receive funding based on the number of F/R students enrolled so your help with this is very much appreciated.
Full priced breakfast is $2.00 and lunch is $4.25 during the school year. Both meals are catered by Joe Joe’s Catering and served on campus. Students who qualify for the Free and Reduced Lunch Program can receive meals either free or at a reduced price of $0.40 for lunch. If you are interested in the Free and Reduced Lunch Program or need to make payment arrangements, please email Marcia Berry or call her at 816.800.8771. The Tyler Parent Portal account page works on a prepaid format. If your child eats school meals we appreciate you adding money to their account in advance.
Milk is included with the purchase of a school lunch or breakfast. If your child brings lunch, he/she can purchase regular milk, chocolate milk or juice for 25¢. Parents can send a quarter or purchase a milk card for 20 drinks for $5. Just send money with your child to the office or your child’s teacher in an envelope marked “MILK MONEY.” Please remember that milk sales and meal accounts are separate. Milk cannot be charged.
Any family that has a lunch bill of $20 or more will receive an automated phone call from the school. That call will be made on the first Wednesday of the month. If you pay online, you will get a confirmation email once your payment has been processed. Please keep in mind that it may take up to a week for the payment to post.
Whenever there is a snow day, lunch the day after is the lunch scheduled to be served on the snow day. The menu is altered just for that one day (due to the product being already purchased). The next day is the regular scheduled meal on the menu.

Steps for making payments online
- Fill in the correct info in the PayPal form above
- Click the “Buy Now” button
- Enter the amount you would like pay
- It is not necessary to re-enter your child’s name on the PayPal page
- Pay with any credit card or PayPal account
- A minimum $25 payment is requested when paying online
Please allow up to 5–7 business days for the payments to post to your child’s Tyler account.
Other forms of payment
You may also send cash or check with your child to school. Please put this payment in a sealed envelope with you child’s name and the purpose of the payment clearly marked on the outside. You child should give the payment to his or her teacher in the morning.
